warranty on All parts excluding the plastic body of the product and any other additional accessory purchased separately. Technician visit, if applicable, will be free for the customer.

a complaint. Warranty obligation shall

be limited to repairing or providing

replacement for the part(s) which is/

are found faulty. Technician Visit, if

currently available PAN India).

Warranty covers Filters, RO Membrane and Electrical Parts. It also includes Two Preventive Maintenance Services, Free Replacement of 2 Pre-Filters, No Charges for Technician Visits and One Free Re-Installation.

Not Covered in Warranty

The plastic body of the product, External Booster Pump, PRV (Pressure Reducing Valve) or any other additional accessory purchased separately. Un-installation of the product based on customer demand. Any transportation cost. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, improper installation, repair, or maintenance. Improper repair includes the use of parts other than those approved or specified by V-Guard.
